Nature of the service

ShePay is a proposed women-led doorstep assistance initiative. Submitting a request through this website expresses interest in a service; it does not guarantee availability. All requests are confirmed by our team before any visit is scheduled.

Fees

Any applicable service fees will be communicated and confirmed with you before a visit takes place. No payment is collected through this website.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must verify the identity of any visiting representative and must never disclose UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords, or other confidential credentials. All transactions are completed only through authorized payment platforms with the customer's own confirmation.

These terms may be updated as the initiative develops. The current version will always be published on this page.
