ShePay is a community-focused initiative designed to bridge the gap between digital financial services and people who face difficulties accessing them. By enabling trained women to provide doorstep payment assistance, ShePay seeks to improve convenience, promote financial inclusion, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for women.

Four simple steps to your doorstep
Step 1
Request a Service
The customer or a family member submits a service request online or by phone.
Step 2
Service Confirmation
The ShePay team confirms the request, availability, and any applicable fees.
Step 3
Doorstep Assistance
An authorized ShePay representative visits the customer when an in-person service is appropriate.
Step 4
Transaction Confirmation
The customer verifies the transaction and receives a receipt or confirmation through the supported payment system.
Your safety first: ShePay representatives must never ask you to disclose your UPI PIN, OTP, password, or any other confidential authentication credential. If anyone asks, decline and report it to us immediately.

ShePay is an independent initiative. It is not currently an officially approved or government-operated programme. Any collaboration with Kudumbashree or Government of Kerala departments is proposed and intended, and will be announced here only once formally confirmed. Official logos will be used only with authorization.
